“A light hearted look at stereotypes that exist within the ‘Black’ Community!”
With Barack Obama hailed as the first ‘Black’ President, the ‘Black’ Power list in circulation and Institutionally racist parties wanting to expel ‘Black’ people and other ‘non-whites’ from the Uk, What does it even mean to be ‘Black’?
Aren’t we all mixed? Isnt race itself a ‘man made’ concept? Aren’t we all simply humans that have over time adapted to our respective environments, hence our differences?
We all know racism exists, but what do people within the ‘black’ community think about each other?
This ‘Black’ History Month, we take a camera and a smile around with us to ask a few people their honest opinions with a light-hearted approach.
What do you think?
Many thanks to everyone that was willing to contribute!
